Message from the Parish Council President
December 16th, 2009
Christmas is such a wonderful season of the year for many reasons. It provides an opportunity to spend time with our families and loved ones, a time to be thankful for all of the blessings with which God has bestowed upon us, and a time to give generously to others.
As 2009 comes to an end, we at Sts. Raphael, Nicholas and Irene, we should also be thankful for our faithful servants. The Parish Council would like to thank all who have served the many ministries of our church. The serving in the ministries is vital for all of us and these ministries are a great gift both to those who serve in them and those who are served by them.
So as we find ourselves in the midst of this great season of the Nativity, may we always remember that believing in the power of God will sustain us and provide us with a lifetime of wonder and amazement.
